I know about the great benefits of nettle (about its rich mineral and vitamin composition), but I do not eat it because it "thickens the blood" (as many believe). But any food thickens the blood, especially if it is eaten in excessive quantities!
You can safely eat nettles if you drink adequate amount of water per day (most drink little water). Or another option is to use it with anti-blood-thickening fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices.
Today we will make the right drink with "blood-thickening" nettle and raspberry leaves "thinning" the blood.
Ingredients:
1. Nettle - 3-5 leaves
2. Raspberry leaf - bunch
3. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
We take nettle leaves and a little more raspberry leaves, wash thoroughly under running water. We cut them into smaller parts, throw them into the blender container, add drinking water at room temperature.
Grind for 30-40 seconds, filter through a strainer and a healthy nettle-raspberry green cocktail is ready (to be drunk fresh).
