So, to prepare this casserole, we need 500 grams of non-sour cottage cheese. We take cottage cheese not granular, but a more uniform consistency. If it is grains, then pass it through a sieve. Or you can use a blender.

Next, add 380 g of condensed milk to the curd (this is about one iron can) and then immediately drive in 3 eggs. Now our task is to mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous smooth mass.

To do this, we take a blender, mixer or food processor. If there are no such gadgets in your kitchen, then just beat everything well with a whisk.

If desired, you can add vanillin, raisins, candied fruits to the casserole - but only after the mass has been whipped until smooth. Or you don't have to add anything - in any case, it will turn out very tasty!

Put the curd mass in a mold, greased with a small amount of vegetable or butter, and send it to the oven for 40 minutes (preheat). The casserole is cooked at a temperature of 170-180 degrees.

The casserole can also be cooked in a multicooker in the "baking" mode, the cooking time is set at 1 hour. Serve hot or cold. Bon appetit, friends!
