Do you like spicy things? If so, look at the light - today are variations of stuffed chili peppers, the recipe for which (slightly different) I have already published on the channel.
Today there will be a brabecu chili pepper, but not a simple one, but a golden one. Rather, wrapped in strips of bacon and in this form sent to the grill.
It turns out the taste is amazing, the only thing, you need to cook in limited quantities, because there is something in the chili incredibly attractive - you want more and more, especially if you have something to wash it down with, and "more and more" - not to everyone, like it says.
So, we take:
- Chili peppers - preferably large, 1-2 per serving
- Bacon - thin slices according to the number of peppers;
- On average, six peppers - 100 grams of cream cheese;
- One small onion;
- 50 grams of ham;
- Ham fifty grams;
- A little oil;
- Paprika and other spices to taste.
How we cook:
Cut the ham into small cubes, the onion - also into small cubes, and fry in oil until golden brown.
Let cool, mix with cheese, season with salt and paprika.
We proceed to the most difficult thing - we cut the chili pods on the sides so as to remove the partitions and seeds, but not damage the pod.
On chili it is hard to see - it has almost no pulp, but on bell peppers the incision is clearly visible - it is in the form of a capital T.
We open it carefully and pull everything out, and send cheese to the place of seeds and partitions.
Further, in general, everything is simple - we wrap the peppers in strips of bacon, if necessary, we fix them with skewers and on the wire rack!
Bon Appetit!
