Curd rolls with apple. These wonderful rolls are not only delicious but also quick to prepare. Decent, quick option instead of rich yeast dough.

Recipe:
cottage cheese -200g
eggs -2 pcs
salt -1 / 3 tsp.
vegetable oil -3 tbsp
baking powder -1 tsp.
vanillin - to taste
flour -250 g
sugar -100g
For filling:
apples -2pcs
sugar - (2 tsp) or to taste
cinnamon - 1/2 tsp. or to taste
COOKING METHOD:
Let's make the dough. Put 200 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl, break 2 eggs, add 60 grams of sugar, add vanillin, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/3 tsp. salt, mix everything.
Let's measure out 250 grams of flour, add 1 tsp. baking powder, mix the flour with baking powder and add to the dough.
Knead the dough, the dough should be elastic and not sticky to your hands.
Let's prepare the filling, peel the apples.
Cut the apples into slices, add cinnamon and sugar to taste. We mix.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, take one part, roll out a circle, divide into 8 sectors, now in each sector we will make two cuts. Put 1 or 2 apple slices on each edge. Now we wrap up, take a corner and bend it under the apple and press it (for more details on how I do this, see the video below)
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Lubricate with an egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds or crushed nuts if desired.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes, or navigate your oven.
We take it out of the oven, ready, you can serve it with tea. Fast, simple and delicious.
