And you know, I found a solution how to cook low-calorie pea soup with smoked flavor! Even my husband, a lover of junk food and this pea soup on smoked ribs appreciated my discovery and fun to eat my soup PP.

The secret is simple and need only one ingredient.

So let us prepare and eat!

We will need to 4.5-5 liters pot:

  • chicken drumstick - 500 g (5 stuff)
  • 250 g of peas,
  • average carrot - 100 g,
  • medium onion - 85 g
  • 4 medium potatoes - 500 g,
  • olive oil - 5 g
  • Water - 3-4 l (at the end can be adjusted according to the density required and you pour the water boil)
  • salt, laurel, allspice,
  • and the main spice - smoked paprika.

Preparation.

Knowing that will cook for dinner soup - Soak in the morning peas in water.

When the time comes -promoyte peas and send brewed on the fire in a pan with 3 liters of water.

At the same time fry in a drop of olive oil with chopped onions and grated carrots.

Boil peas in slowly boiling water for about 10 minutes, add chicken drumstick salt to taste and continue to boil.

Do not forget to remove the foam.

Provorov peas with chicken tibia another 20 minutes, add fried onion and carrot and diced potatoes.

In broth put 4-5 peas allspice, a couple of bay leaves.

Cook until tender, if desired, add your favorite greens.

And now the most important thing you need to give the smoked taste our soup.
