Rinse and dry the radishes. If the radish is round, then you can cut it into 4 parts, or if small, then in half (as in the photo above). I have a long radish, I cut it into circles. And so, by the way, it prepares much faster.

I heat up the frying pan. Attention! It turns out insanely delicious with ghee. You can just use butter, but with ghee it is especially delicious. Alternatively, you can fry in vegetable oil, but the taste will not be the same...

I spread the radishes in one layer.
