Hello friends! I offer you a recipe for amazing fire cutlets. When my husband prepared such cutlets, the children said: - Dad always cook like that!

If you decide on such a feat, do a lot at once. Cutlets can be frozen and then fried ready-made. You can freeze the minced meat.

I am giving the recipe based on 1 kg of chicken meat. My husband always buys 2 kg of meat for cutlets, otherwise he just doesn't want to mess around.

Breading for white bread cutlets.

  • It is better to freeze the bread first, then it will be easier to cut.
  • Cut the bread into half centimeter cubes.
  • The process may seem tedious, but this layout gives the fire cutlets a certain taste, although they will also be delicious in ordinary bread crumbs.
  • Crackers can be dried for a couple of hours at room temperature or sent to the oven for a short time.
  • Pour 100 g of white bread with milk or water.

  • Add salt at the rate of 12-13 grams per 1 kg of meat.
  • Black pepper at the rate of 6 grams or to taste.
  • The minced meat must be kneaded well until the protein threads appear.
  • To this minced meat, mince the fried onions and soaked bread.
  • To this add 30 grams of Dijon mustard per 1 kg of meat.
  • If there is no Dijon mustard, you can add Russian, but two or three times less.
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C degrees.
  • The minced meat must be juicy so that the cutlets can be molded.
  • Roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs.
  • Ready cutlets need to be fried on both sides in a preheated pan with vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown.
  • Put the fried cutlets in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
