Today I want to remind you of the recipe for a very tasty marinade that will make any meat juicy, soft and tasty. I often cook homemade chicken in such a marinade, it is tougher than the one sold in the store. If you have never cooked meat in such a marinade, then I highly recommend trying it.
Today I use two thighs and two poultry drumsticks for cooking, the total weight of which is about 900 grams.
Be sure to bake chicken and onions, without it it will be completely different from what I would like to achieve. Onions need to be cut into half rings, or, like me, with rather thick feathers.
Now you need to prepare the marinade, it takes literally a few seconds. In one container, mix 5-6 tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil, 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of hot mustard, garlic squeezed through a press (3 to 6 pieces) and, of course, salt and pepper.
I mix everything well and send it to the chicken and onions. I thoroughly massage the meat, trying to soak it well with the marinade.
Now the main thing is to wait until the meat is marinated, for this you need at least 2 hours, but I usually leave it overnight.
As a rule, I bake such a chicken with potatoes.
I send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
The result is the most tender juicy and very soft meat that melts in your mouth.
