Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment52kg.
I guess I never tire of repeating - if you want to lose weight, then you need to spend more calories than you consume. Only in this case, you start to lose weight.
And most importantly - do not need to pace yourself diets and fasting. It is possible to eat tasty and satisfying and still lose weight.
Different diets - it is primarily the original - therapeutic diet for a long time and they can not sit, because on a diet the body is not getting the proper number of necessary substances.
By combining proper nutrition with counting calories and keeping a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates (BZHU) - you will lose weight without harming your body.
I move on to the menu for the day.
For breakfast, I have today sandwiches on home wholemeal bread (70 g) with chicken pastrami (75 g), small Pomidorka for mood (30 g) and get breakfast for green tea 270 kcal.
I do not forget about vitamins. Meanwhile bloee coming cold season.
Today, I consciously had breakfast with a small calorie, as planned to try again to bake brownies still, not just chocolate cupcake.
And how not to try your creation? That's left to snack more calories - I will try that I get.
It is time for a snack and I just prepared my brownie or cake again, but very delicious cupcake? I recognize only by cutting).
And yes! I get the texture I wanted) Just had to take less than 20 g of flour. And I added the cherry to the dough.
Snack - 100 g of chocolate cake (oh - brownie still) with green tea - 170 kcal.
Monday I - Economic day - cleaning, cooking. Still waiting for the plumber, you need to put in the riser new cranes. Imagine developers put all the cheapest and has plenty of apartments damaged. Cheap cranes tears and flooded several floors respectively. That's just the weekend flooded the next neighbors. We decided not to wait for the flood, and the change - especially longer prerequisites for replacement were visible to the naked eye.
So I'm better today-I spin. I run to the store for some adapters that are not supplied to the tap.
And it is good that I am at the weekend well done job and can afford to do household chores.
Excellent when there is a ready-made soup for lunch.
Lagman 400 g and 20 g of dry noodles for him and turned dinner only 230 kcal.
With such a low-calorie dinner, you can afford the afternoon another snack.
And of course, I allow, especially since I have everything fits perfectly in KBZHU.
Another undershot - 85 g chocolate brownie - 140 kcal.
And dinner, then I, too, was ready with days off - just wonderful.
250 g of buckwheat with chicken and vegetables, at dinner with tomatoes and cucumber (60 and 40 g) - 315 kcal.
I still had my 200 kcal to 1300 kcal, and I decided to drink sour milk before going to bed, that I have left after I baked myself whole-wheat bread.
200 g sour milk - 140 kcal.
As a result of the day came at the 1265 kcal. Green tea and warm boiled water - my only drinks.
