Here I share my menu for the day and recipes, which have grown thin for 52 kg, and still lose weight on eating delicious and satisfying. One only rule - a calorie deficit (spending more energy than it uses).
Today I want to invite your attention the most delicious apple-cheese pancakes, which I eat for breakfast. They are delicate!
Portion 7 of pancakes - only 300 calories! Did you might think that you can lose weight and eat pancakes?
Let's cook quickly!
We need:
- 100 grams of cottage cheese 9% (in my home, I take by weight)
- 30 g of 10% cream (1 tablespoon without slides)
- 1 egg,
- 40 g rice flour (1 tablespoon with little slide)
- 230 g of apples (2 medium apple)
- a pinch of vanilla,
- baking powder 1/2 tsp
- 3 sachet / sash sweetener (sugar or to taste).
Preparation.
The first thing a blender, beat cottage cheese, egg, sour cream and sweetener.
Then add the flour and baking powder and mix well.
Apples peeled rub on a coarse grater.
Pour the batter into the apples and mix well with a spoon.
Bake pancakes on a non-stick frying pan (if you doubt your frying pan grease literally a drop of oil) over low heat, covered on both sides.

To reduce the fat - can take less fat cottage cheese (from 1 to 5%) and replace the cream to yogurt.
