I remembered this yummy by accident, going over old sketches. But I was going to tell you sometime on the "fresh" tracks! Summer! And so... I forgot. I confess, I am a sinner, now it is autumn, and it is rather difficult to prepare such oil (however, if you have frozen berries in your freezer, then go ahead!).
In general, this is a dessert "spread" on sandwiches, reminiscent of a sweet butter cream. Children go with a bang, especially with soft homemade buns. However, it is also delicious with purchased bread for breakfast, or even with pancakes or pancakes.
Prepares for one-two-three.
Necessary:
- 150 g butter
- 50-60 grams of berries (frozen, but in my case there was fresh raspberries)
- 30-50 grams of honey (the amount depends on how much you like sweets)
- Vanilla, vanillin or vanilla sugar - to taste
How we cook:
We take the oil out of the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it becomes soft.
Thaw the berries, if frozen. If the juice flows from them - it's okay, we don't pour it out. We turn the berries into mashed potatoes, with a blender, if there are seeds in the berries, rub them additionally through a sieve to remove them. However, this, in my opinion, can be neglected.
We send butter, honey, berry puree, vanilla to the blender bowl and punch everything well. We transfer it to a pastry bag, from it we beautifully release it into a jar (this is optional. it just turns out very nicely), but you can just shift it.
Let it cool in the fridge and… bon appetit!
