Sometimes I would like to pamper my children or grandchildren, or maybe surprise the guests with how successful our pizza is. Delicious, beautiful and her dough is simply delicious.
It is, of course, not difficult to prepare it. But two versions of the dough without yeast will just help you with this.
Dough without yeast on water
Ingredients:
1.5 cups flour
0.5 tsp l. salt
100 ml of water
1 hour l. baking powder
4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
How to cook:
1. Sift flour, add baking powder and salt, mix.
2. Pour water and vegetable oil into the flour mixture.
3. Knead the dough for 6 minutes. Roll a ball out of the resulting dough, sprinkle the work surface with flour. Roll out a ball of dough and make sides around the edges.
4. Put on a baking sheet. Put your favorite filling on the pizza and bake until tender, about 15 minutes, at high temperature.
Dough without yeast on kefir
Ingredients:
1 glass of kefir
egg
1.5 cups flour (maybe a little more)
1 hour l. vegetable oil
2 pinches of salt
pinch of sugar
pinch of baking soda
How to cook:
1. Beat the egg, salt and sugar in a bowl.
2. Pour kefir into the egg and add soda, which does not need to be extinguished, since kefir itself is quite sour.
3. Stir the mixture and add sifted flour in parts, pour in vegetable oil.
4. Knead the dough. It can be thin, then just pour it into a greased baking sheet. And if you add a little more flour, then it will turn out almost according to the classics - roll out, grease with sauce, lay out the filling and sprinkle with cheese.
Pizza from this dough is baked for 20-30 minutes.
