Mini pizza without kneading the dough turns out to be very tasty and satisfying. It is suitable for a snack, you can give it to your children to school and take it to a picnic.
Such mini pizza on dryers is prepared very easily and quickly from available products. Instead of the dough, we will use the most ordinary drying (bagels). Any sausage can be used for the filling. You can also take pre-cut meats, minced meat, mushrooms, tomatoes, and whatever you have in your fridge. You always get a very tasty and satisfying hot snack. However, it is also good when cooled down.
Try this quick version of homemade bagel pizza. It's very simple, tasty and fast!

Ingredients:

  • sausage - 200 g
  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • cheese - 150 g
  • drying - 250 g
  • milk - 300-400 ml

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the drying. Pour the dryers into a large bowl and fill with warm milk. We leave for 15-20 minutes, so that they become soft, but not sour.

2. In the meantime, let's prepare the filling. Cut 200 g of sausage into small cubes. Cut the onion into small cubes.

3. Cut the tomato core with seeds and also cut into cubes.
Put all the chopped ingredients into a bowl and mix.

4. Drain the milk from the softened drying. We lay it out on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

5. Put the filling in the middle of each bagel.

6. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
Put the grated cheese on the bagels on top of the filling.

7. We put the prepared mini pizzas in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.

These mini pizzas turn out to be very tasty, soft and beautiful. Be sure to cook them, especially since they are not at all difficult to prepare.
