The first thing to do is fry the mushrooms in a pan.

I put the chopped mushrooms in a dry frying pan, add oil only after the liquid has evaporated, then salt and pepper.

While the mushrooms are fried, you can chop one small onion and two or three cloves of garlic. I put the finished mushrooms on a plate, and send the onions and garlic into the pan. When the onion becomes soft, add the chicken liver cut into small pieces.

Carcass under a closed lid for about 15 minutes. Then I add mushrooms and butter, warm everything together for about 2-3 minutes.

Then, using a blender, I grind everything into a homogeneous mass, if the mass turns out to be dryish, you can add more oil.

Ingredients:
Chicken liver - 400 g
Champignons - 200 g
Bulb onion - 1 piece
Salt, pepper - to taste
