I know for sure that many dream of eating deliciously and at the same time losing weight or at least not gaining weight. It's true?

But everywhere they try to convince us that it is possible to lose weight only by closing your mouth, starving, adhering to strict diets and excluding many foods from the diet.

They offer various diets from which, after a couple of days, you are dizzy with hunger and you want to escape to the end of the world, just not to see the boring buckwheat / kefir / cabbage, etc.

Leading this channel, I realized that many still cannot believe what has been proven so many times.

We only lose weight when we are in a calorie deficit.

"You can't have potatoes, you can't have pasta, you can't, you can't - they get fat from this!" Familiar phrases?

No, they do not get fat from food, but from overeating these foods. And even the most useful, correct and harmless foods can overeat and get betterπŸ‘†

Counting calories and maintaining a 15% calorie deficit from the norm you need, taking into account the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, you can lose weight tasty and satisfying. Without disruptions, with cheat meals, with loading, with sweets and without depriving yourself of your favorite and familiar products.

It's hard to believe when your head is boiling with information pouring in from all sides, but it's worth trying once to lose weight once and for all.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

Today I have another variation of oatmeal for breakfast.

This time I prepared a filling of cottage cheese (100 g), herbs, dry basil and dry garlic.

And for the oatmeal itself, I used 5 g of dry oatmeal, 1 egg, 30 g of curdled milk, a pinch of soda. In addition, basil was added to the dough.

I got breakfast 355 kcal.

After breakfast - to work, and then running to the post office on business.

I returned from the post office on time - I went home and the downpour started.

When will be a normal summer in the Moscow region? Where is the sun, heat?

On the way home I went to the store. I found out that according to the action, canned pink salmon, which we take constantly (we sometimes love light soup on pink salmon, and you can make excellent pate), and we had to buy our own bread.

And the bread turned out to be so fresh, fragrant. And I had decent free calories for a snack. I really wanted a piece of fresh bread (35 g), which I spread with 10 g of cottage cheese and put 45 g of tuna in my own juice on it.

How delicious it was! And everything turned out 145 kcal.

Weighed peanuts for the remaining free calories (230 g) - 165 kcal, who ate during the day at work.

Lunch - chicken broth - 400 g, chicken drumstick meat about 50 g and 35 g of whole grain bread.

Lunch - 320 kcal.

In the evening I used the electric grill and in 5 minutes I cooked chum salmon steaks (I have 150 g raw), just pepper and salt them. I boiled potatoes (100 g) to the fish and made a quick sauce (the recipe for the sauce can be found in the reminder).

Well, it turned out very tasty dinner for 420 kcal.

In total, 1405 kcal per day. K - 115, F - 56, U - 100.

The rate of water has been drunk, and the recommended rate of water is 30 ml per 1 kg of weight.

Recently, in the comments, the topic has often been raised - "what we got rid of thanks to losing weight and changing eating habits."

Just the other day we were discussing that they had forgotten about heartburn. I remember just the same discussed about shortness of breath.

And I came up with an idea to make a general list - something that we got rid of thanks to weight loss and dietary changes. It will be difficult for me to cope alone, problems of past years are not always recalled, because you get used to good things quicklyπŸ˜‰.

I'll start my list from what I remember:

  • heartburn, shortness of breath, increased sweating,
  • got rid of rapid heartbeat and frequent increase in pressure, from heaviness in the chest,
  • the swelling of the legs is gone,
  • I have become more enduring, I do not walk, but I fly.

Can you imagine what motivation it will be for those who do not dare to try if we draw up our list of victories and will often remind about it? Even for ourselves, this list will be an incentive not to return to the past.
