And today I want to share a recipe for cabbage soup.

In my family, for example, someone who likes soup, and some soup. But I love both. Tastes are completely different!

Once a reservation is why I use the Beijing (Chinese) cabbage instead of the usual:

  • it does not accept my stomach - and this is important,
  • the smell of impending cabbage can not stand for my family,
  • cabbage softer and softer in the dishes, in my opinion.

If you're handy with the usual white cabbage - then use it safely, and to whom she hated, but at the same time want to cabbage soup or soup, as well as cabbage, kasha - a great way to use Beijing cabbage.

To prepare the cabbage soup, we need:

  • 6 chicken leg pieces - 900 g,
  • Peking cabbage half a head of cabbage (you can use the usual) - 350 g,
  • 4-5 medium potatoes - 540 g,
  • 1 medium carrot - 100 g,
  • 1 medium onion - 75 g
  • tomatoes 6-7 piece of cream - 260 g,
  • peppers widget 1 - 100 g,
  • salt, tomato paste, Lavrushka, adjika if desired (or substitute for chili pepper or a black pepper, ground)
  • 3 liters of water.

Preparation.

Put the pan with water and chicken drumsticks on fire and cook soup, not forgetting to remove the foam and not allowing broth to boil. Broth add some salt to taste.

Finely chop the onion, rub the carrots and fry them in a nonstick pan, to add some water does not stick.

While roasted carrots cut into medium slices of potatoes.

Cut the peppers into small cubes and shinkuem cabbage.

When we see that the potatoes in the broth is in half-ship the broth pepper and cabbage.

Finely chop the tomato and immediately send in the broth.

Adding teaspoon tomato paste and teaspoon adzhika (if available. Can be replaced with chili peppers or just pepper black pepper).

Add the bay leaf and 3-4 pea allspice.

Chicken broth back into the ship and bring to a boil. Turn off and give a little brew.
