For breakfast I have another baked cheesecakes. Today, without toppings, just cheese pancakes with sour cream and plum and chocolate sauce. Once I sat down on them, the soul asks.
Breakfast was very hearty and nutritious - 520 kcal.
Cheesecakes prepared according to the recipe, which is already divided, but instead of 200 g of cheese put 250 (50 g should have somewhere to put the rest). Get more gently and curd. Monday, as usual I have a day dedicated to economic matters, but today I decided to do nothing, especially here at the weekend for me poubiralis bit. This means you can work quietly and slowly and liberate themselves as far as possible the time for something else on the other days or evenings.
If you think that working from home - it's very cool and you can do nothing - you are very much mistaken. We have to work really more than in the office from 9 to 18, and often in the evenings, on weekends, in the early morning. The only positive thing - it is an opportunity to dispose of time to plan and do not spend time each day on the way to and from work. In this case, that would dispose of the time and day of release, it is necessary to work in advance until late at night or early in the morning without being distracted no matter what.

Yesterday I bought the freshest cauliflower and cook it today as a side dish for lunch. How do I love Cauliflower! The main problem of cauliflower that its taste is revealed in butter, which I limit. I drink, but is still limited.

A selection of my fallen on salad with 2 chicken eggs and cucumbers (160 g), sour cream with green onion (25g). It turned out to dinner 210 kcal.
Total for the day I got 1220 kcal.
Drink water before each meal and throughout the day. Other drinks - only green tea.
