At my house they love fish very much, I also respect it very much, but I don't really bother with it. Recently, I began to prepare a "finger" snack, it is done literally in a matter of minutes, you need a minimum of ingredients and you don't need to fry anything in oil. Just a find, not a recipe!

I use any white fish, most often the telapia.

The meat of this fish is dense, ideal for such recipes. I cut fillets into small strips about 1 cm wide. Salt a little and leave for a few minutes. While you can prepare the rest of the ingredients.

I dilute one tablespoon of ordinary tomato paste a little with water, add quite a bit of salt, fish spices and mix well.

Then I take a silicone brush and coat each piece of fish with the resulting mixture from all sides.

Then I dip each "finger" into homemade breadcrumbs.

I spread it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. To make the appetizer even more interesting, you can add a little sesame to the bread crumbs. So I did when there were not so many rusks left and might not be enough for all the fish.

The oven by this time should already be preheated, such "fingers" should be baked at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
