Meat sauce, I have a lot of recipes for meat with gravy on my channel, but this recipe is special, the meat prepared in this way turns out to be very soft. Recommend.

Recipe:

meat -700g

onion -4pcs

carrots -1pc

garlic -3 tooth

bay leaf -1pc

tomato paste -2 tbsp

water -1 l

flour -1 tbsp.

sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.

COOKING METHOD

Cut the meat into cubes like goulash, I have 700 grams of pork, beef can be.
Cut 3-4 onions into quarters into rings and cut the carrots into strips.

We take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, heat it up, put the meat and fry it until the liquid evaporates and a golden crust forms, we take a pressure cooker pan and put the fried meat in it.
In the same pan, fry the onions and then add the carrots, fry everything together for a couple of minutes. Put carrots and onions with the meat.
Chop a couple of garlic cloves and add to the meat. Add 1 tsp. salt, an incomplete tsp. red sweet paprika, at the same stage add tomato pasta 2 tablespoons and fry for 2 minutes, I forgot and then added it to the water, when the pasta is a little fried with meat.

Now pour in 1 liter of water. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and cook over medium heat for 35-40 minutes.
Put 2-3 tablespoons in a bowl. sour cream, add 1 tbsp. flour and mix until smooth with a whisk.
35 minutes have passed, throw off the steam and open the lid, add a little water to the sour cream with flour and mix, pour into the meat and stir. You can add another bay leaf, boil for 2 minutes and you're done. At the same time, you can boil the side dish, I have pasta today.

The meat turns out to be soft, as soon as you press on it with a fork, it crumbles into fibers.
