HOW TO COOK:
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla in a bowl. I am using a regular plug. But, of course, it will be faster with a whisk)) You can add a pinch of salt to the dough. I pour in the melted butter. And I mix.
Then gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix with a spoon. The dough is thick:
I add apples and cinnamon grated on a coarse grater to the finished dough. It is better to take apples more acidic - this way the cookies will be tastier. Of course, I peel off the peel from the apples - it is not needed here.
I spread the cookies with a spoon on a baking sheet at a short distance from each other. I use a special baking mat. You can take parchment or simply put the cookies right on a greased baking sheet (if you suddenly do not have parchment or a baking mat on hand).
I put a baking sheet with cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. The cookie should be browned but soft.
