In the original, it is proposed to cook this snack from raw beets. But this option is not suitable for everyone, so this recipe will be based on boiled or baked beetroot.
So what do you need?
Ingredients:
1 kg of beets (already cooked about 700-800 grams)
5 cloves of garlic
100 ml vegetable oil
4 tbsp. l. vinegar 9%
1 tbsp. l. no top sugar
1 hour l. ground black pepper
0.5 tsp l. hot red pepper
1 hour l. ground coriander
How to cook:
1. Boil or bake beets. Then cool, peel and grate for Korean carrots.
2. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Can be grated on a fine grater.
3. In a bowl, combine vinegar, salt, sugar, peppers and coriander.
4. Put the beets in the same bowl and add the garlic. Stir the blank to distribute the marinade.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a clean frying pan and quickly pour over the beets with almost boiling oil.
6. Knead everything with a spoon, cover the salad with a plate or foil and put in the refrigerator. It is necessary to let the beets brew for at least 3 hours.
When serving, it is recommended to sprinkle with sesame seeds, but this is not necessary.
