Of course, you can't fill pancakes with holes with jam or jam, because the delicacy will flow out, but dipping them in honey and then tasting is a sheer pleasure!

Ingredients:

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Milk of any fat content - 1 tbsp.

Wheat flour - 7 tbsp.

Sugar - 40 g

Salt - 2 pinches

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Boiling water - 0.5 tbsp.

Prepare the food you need.

Rinse chicken eggs, pat dry with paper towel. Break into a deep bowl, add salt and granulated sugar there. If making salty pancakes, remove the sugar from the ingredients list.

Beat everything with a whisk or mixer without forming a lush foam. You just need to mix the whites with the yolks and additives qualitatively.

Pour milk of any fat content into the container, preferably warm, not cold. Stir and add sifted wheat flour. Stir in with a whisk, being careful not to clump.

Pour in boiling water, then odorless vegetable oil. Knead the dough instantly and let it rest for 20 minutes. During this time, gluten is activated, the mass will become denser, thicken a little.

Preheat a pancake pan, grease its bottom and sides with unscented oil, refined. Stir the dough with movements from bottom to top, lifting the flour that has settled to the bottom. Pour some of the mixture into the pan, form a pancake blank by scrolling the container. Fry on both sides for 1 minute over medium heat.

Be careful - at high heat the edges of the pancake will brown, and the center will remain raw - such a pancake will break. Bake on medium heat!

Put hot custard pancakes with holes on a plate, brush them with butter if desired. Serve with various sweet sauces, conservationor curd mass, not forgetting about the fragrant tea.
