Today, I will share a recipe of my family's favorite breakfast for the last time. We are hooked on these "pancakes", I cook them in the morning on weekends, when no one is in a hurry and you can quietly enjoy breakfast together.

We start with the dough. Mix in a bowl the egg, yogurt, sugar, and all mix well. Gradually add the flour, the consistency of the dough should be thick, as in fritters.

Now prepare the apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices. So that apples are not darkened, you can sprinkle them with lemon juice.

Each piece of apple dipped in batter and place on heated pan and fry without oil under the hood.

Thus pancakes are not greasy and over-baked.

I am applying these "pancakes" with strawberry jam or condensed milk, it is very tasty. Be sure to try.

Ingredients:
1 egg
100 g flour
70 ml of yogurt
2 tbsp. spoons of sugar
2 apples
1/3 h. spoon of baking powder
