We make a delicious and hearty salad with cucumber and fleshy tomatoes (it feels like eating a salad with meat).
Ingredients:
1. Tomatoes - 2 pcs ("bull heart" or others. fleshy)
2. Cucumber - 1 piece
3. Radish - 3 pcs (without it)
4. Salad - 3 leaves
5. Parsley - a bunch
6. Dill - bunch
7. Sea salt - to taste
6. Garlic - 1 prong
7. Linseed oil - 1 tsp spoon
8. Ground black pepper - a pinch
9. Turmeric - a pinch
Preparation
As always, we washed the vegetables and herbs well. Put a whole leaf of lettuce on a plate, cut a cucumber into cubes (it is better to peel it), grated radishes (or rounds) on a coarse grater, added the pulp of tomatoes (fleshy, not watery).
Finely chopped dill and parsley (or put it whole to eat a bite). Pepper, salted, "smoked", poured with butter, added chopped garlic (nowadays there is more garlic).
