Therefore, if you still want to have time to cook something interesting from zucchini, then I bring to your attention the three best (in my opinion) recipes.

Creamy pâté with zucchini

Over the summer I tried many recipes with zucchini and chose the best: 3 recipes that are now with me for a long time

Ingredients: zucchini 200 grams, garlic 5 pcs, processed cheese "Druzhba" 1-2 pcs, green onions, vegetable oil, salt and spices for baking

How to cook: Cut the zucchini into small cubes and put on a baking sheet with garlic, sprinkle with spices and salt, sprinkle with vegetable oil, bake at 180 degrees until tender. Next, add cheese and green onions to the cooled zucchini and garlic, and chop everything with a blender. That's it, the pate is ready!

Zucchini roll with meat filling

Ingredients: zucchini 500-600 grams, eggs 3-4 pcs, flour 4-5 tablespoons, cheese 50 grams, salt and spices to taste, baking powder

How to cook: Grate the squash on a fine grater and squeeze out excess moisture, salt, add eggs, flour, cheese and baking powder, mix well. Pour the resulting dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, flatten and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until light golden brown. Next, add the onion, spices fried until tender into the minced chicken and mix well.

When the cake is ready, you need to remove the baking paper from it and lay out a layer of minced meat and onions. Roll up and return to the oven for another 25-30 minutes, previously covered with baking paper.

Casserole with pita and zucchini

Ingredients: thin pita bread 150 grams, cheese 100 grams, zucchini 200 grams, Bulgarian pepper 100 grams, 2 eggs, herbs, salt, pepper

How to cook: Grate the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze out excess moisture, add eggs, cheese, bell peppers, diced into small cubes, herbs. Cut the lavash into small strips or squares and send it to the rest of the ingredients as well. Mix everything well and transfer to a baking dish, bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
