Ingredients: Raw oatmeal, Milk, Eggs, Boiled chicken fillet, Fried mushrooms, Cheese, Sour cream, Tomato sauce, Greens, Salt, pepper

Cooking method:

We take whole oatmeal, fill it with milk, add an egg and salt. Mix everything thoroughly and leave for 5 minutes.

While the oatmeal is a little soaked, we will prepare the filling. Divide the boiled chicken fillet into small pieces.

From the greens we take dill. Finely chop a few branches.

Pour a teaspoon of olive oil into the pan, wait until it heats up, then pour the dough and spread it over the entire surface, reducing the heat to a minimum.

When the bottom is already stuck with a crust, and there is no liquid on top, then turn the cake over. On our base, spread the mixed tomato sauce and sour cream over the entire surface.

Next, lay out the filling, I have chicken breast, mushrooms, grated cheese and herbs.

Cover with a lid and wait a couple of minutes for the cheese to melt.

After 2 minutes, you can enjoy delicious and healthy pizza! It is very tasty and not inferior to the traditional!
