You can call this dish a potato salad. This salad with a delicious marinade can be used as an independent dish or as a side dish. Pickled potatoes are delicious both hot and cold.

PICKLED POTATO SALAD

Peel and chop the potatoes as you like.

  • Heat the water in a saucepan and season with salt after boiling.
  • Put the potatoes there and add a spoonful of apple cider vinegar (as Grandma taught).

When the water boils, turn the heat down and cook until tender, but so the potatoes don't fall apart.

Throw the finished potatoes on a sieve.

While the potatoes are cooling, chop the greens.

  • Also chop the onion with tomatoes and pour in a couple of tablespoons of wine or apple cider vinegar, three tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and a teaspoon of honey.
  • Fold the greens there, and rub a clove of garlic.
  • You can add fresh hot peppers.
  • Put the potatoes in the finished marinade and mix everything carefully.

It is advisable to wait a couple of hours, let the potatoes soak and marinate. You can leave it in the refrigerator until tomorrow.
