But today I want to bring up the delicious topic of quick salads. I suggest you find out the recipe (or if you already know him - remember) one very simple but delicious salad.

✨ It is prepared in record time (10 minutes - behind the eyes), but it turns out to be very spicy and fragrant.

✨My family always eats it with great pleasure, because surprisingly it never gets boring.

✨ If desired, you can add a handful of walnut kernels, boiled eggs to the salad, and replace the processed cheese with hard cheese.

📕Ingredients for making salad: 🥙

Carrots - 1 large or 2 small
Processed cheese - 2 pcs. 90-100 g each
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Salt and pepper to taste.

✨ It is advisable to put the cheese in the freezer in advance (15-20 minutes). When chilled, it will become slightly frozen, and therefore will not stick to the grater when rubbed.

Peel the carrots, wash and rub on a coarse grater. It is very important that the carrots are juicy and sweet. There are more ingredients in the salad, so the bad taste of the vegetable can ruin everything, even a large amount of garlic cannot correct the situation.

We take out the cheese from the freezer and also three of it on the side with large cells.

We peel the garlic and, passing it through a crusher, add to the salad. The amount of garlic is a purely individual and voluntary matter. If you want it to be barely felt, squeeze out 1 clove. If you like more meaty dishes, put 3 or even 4 slices.

The final touches remain. You need to add mayonnaise, a little salt and a little ground black pepper to the salad.

Stir - and you're done! In principle, you can eat right away. But, of course, the salad will become tastier and richer if it stands in the refrigerator for a while. The products will "make friends" with each other, soaked in garlic and mayonnaise.

We serve such a salad with fried potatoes, meat or fish, and just on toast it is very tasty.
