📕To cook cutlets you will need: 🥙

Chicken breast fillet - 600 g
Beef (pulp) - 300 g
Zucchini - 400 g
Onions - 1 large or 2 small heads
Carrots - 1 pc. medium size
Potatoes - 2 pcs. small size (about 150 g)
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
White bread (loaf, unsweetened roll) - 150-200 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Ground black pepper, salt - to taste
Unscented sunflower oil - how much will it take to fry

Cut the bread (or loaf) into pieces and fill it with ordinary drinking cold water. If you wish, you can remove the crusts, but I do not. then the bread will be ground, and you will definitely not notice the difference, and for now we set it aside.

Then we peel the onion and chop it coarsely into pieces of arbitrary shape. Transfer to the blender bowl. We also cut the zucchini. If the vegetable is young, it is not required to peel and seed it. Half of the whole chicken norm is also coarsely cut and put in a blender. Squeeze the soaked bread thoroughly and also send it to the bowl.

Grind everything to an almost uniform consistency.

Cut the remaining half of the chicken fillet into small cubes, as into chopped cutlets.

We make minced meat from beef. If desired, you can use a ready-made one. Instead of beef, I sometimes take a turkey thigh - it turns out just as well.

Peel and rub the potatoes on a coarse grater. If juice is released at the same time, squeeze.

We also clean the carrots and rub them too, but on a fine grater.

Now we put everything in one bowl: the mass crushed with a blender, ground beef, diced chicken, grated vegetables. We drive in an egg there, add pepper, salt and garlic passed through a press.

We knead everything well with our hands. The mass will not turn out too steep, but it should hold its shape well. If it comes out a little thin, add some breadcrumbs and let the minced meat stand for a while - it will thicken.

Next, pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat well. And at this time, we form cutlets with our hands and then put them in a frying pan.

Fry for a couple of minutes on each side over medium heat until golden brown. Then we transfer to a heat-resistant form and bring to readiness in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

The cutlets turn out to be fantastically juicy, with a predominance of meaty taste; vegetables are almost not felt in them. We serve as a side dish whatever your heart desires - potatoes, boiled pasta, cereals, fresh vegetables.
