Greetings!
Continuing to talk about one of the best ways to lose weight - counting calories and their deficit, I will leave background information for those who have not tried it yet and have not even delved into how the deficit works calories:
And the article today will be about food.
One of the popular questions that regular readers asked me when I returned from vacation (as well as before and during vacations) was the question of food during vacation. Therefore, as I promised my readers, I'm talking about food on vacation.
Leaving for the Crimea to rest, I immediately told you that I would not count calories - I was going to rest, but I would not eat everything in incredible quantities either.
I have already told regular readers that I brought 4 extra pounds from vacation, one of which left on the very first day. Then another kilogram was gone. But it is necessary to establish a drinking regimen and remove all excess water from the body in order to understand whether there is really a gain or is there still water walking.
But I got distracted. Today, about food, delicious, sometimes fatty and almost always high-calorie - food on vacation, as you asked.
On vacation, we have formed a certain daily routine. We got up very early, at 6 am and had breakfast in the room with a sandwich mostly with cheese and drank tea (no sugar). Sometimes there was a waffle for tea.
On the beach we had a snack time. This is where the fun began. Most of the rest I took fruit to the beach, but 6-7 times we ate pasties by the sea (we found the second time where the pasties are not very fat). A couple of times there was ice cream and once a shawarma, which eventually replaced us with lunch:
We had lunch and dinner in the cafe-cafeteria, which I looked after in advance, preparing for the trip.
A check for two, who is interested, was basically 500-700 rubles. This is if you do not show off and do not take expensive products: once I took dorado with vegetables - the check immediately "pleased", it turned out to be 900 rubles.
I did not always take my phone with me, so not all lunches and dinners have been recorded by me, but I think that you will get the general impression.
Our first lunch was photographed by me responsibly - pilaf and vegetable salad with feta:
Another lunch - kharcho, vegetable salad with feta, shrimp on a skewer and lemonade:
I also took stewed beef with rice, compote:
Beef lula kebab with potato wedges and vegetables. Took additional tomatoes and compote:
Again tomatoes (I often took them), mashed potatoes and beef cutlet. A cake flaunts in the background.
And here is the same "goldfish" dorado with vegetables:
It seems like you take vegetables, but in the end they are all oily, I could not eat a portion of such vegetables, I always left a lot if I saw that everything was in oil.
Sometimes we dined in the room. We bought a shish kebab and vegetables a couple of times:
Or they took a delicious fish (once they indulged in crayfish to an amber drink):
A couple of times there were rolls for dinner, these days lunch was very light:
Sometimes I dined with a salad with chicken chop with mushrooms and cheese:
Or homemade stew: vegetables, chicken with salad:
I tried, if there was a hearty lunch, to choose something easier for dinner.
Sometimes we dined well, and dined in the room "homemade" and fruit and cheese.
And this is our farewell dinner: I have beef kebab and vegetable salad.
From sweets, I ate red velvet cake twice, Snickers cake:
And as a dessert I also took pancakes with jam:
They also took a little Turkish delight and baklava for testing in order to decide which one to take home.
In general, as you can see, I did not deny myself anything for two weeks, enjoying the rest and, including food.
