When someone begins their path to harmony, a bunch of advice immediately falls on him about what he can and cannot eat, what time to eat certain foods, when to drink and what to drink. A losing weight person is immediately ranked as a separate category of people, as if a stigma is being put and a bunch of prohibitions are hung up.

But slimming people are the same people as everyone else and their body needs are the same as everyone else's. They also need all the nutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates), they also need to drink, eat in order to supply the body with the necessary macro and micro elements, vitamins.

To lose weight, you need to eat, not starve and deprive your body of the substances it needs.

We have excess weight from overeating in most cases. Therefore, it is overeating that must be excluded and this does not mean stopping eating and suffering hunger. You just need to eat in a balanced way!

But the process of eating must be controlled. And if your internal control is asleep and you cannot determine how much food you need in order not to exceed your norm, then calorie counting will come to the rescue.

If you count the calorie content of all the food that you eat per day for at least some time, you will clearly see your problems, you will understand what you overeat, you will understand that your excess weight is not heredity, broad bone or hormonal problems, and banal overeating (now we do not take into account the tiny percentage of people who have real health problems that do not give lose weight).

Try it - and you will see your mistakes in nutrition.

From the very early morning I gathered for mushrooms today, and it's only 4 degrees outside. So autumn is making itself felt. Dressed up warmer and drowned!

For almost two and a half hours she circled our forest. Where are all the mushrooms? The second year we have no luck with mushrooms. Everyone is gathering somewhere, but our forest is empty - today I saw more lovers of quiet hunting than I collected mushrooms.

But she walked ten thousand steps in the morning and breathed in the forest air.

Hungry in the fresh air terribly. First of all, after returning home, I had breakfast.

What could be faster than sandwiches? And for me, there is nothing tastier than fish sandwiches. I will trade any sweets for such a sandwich.

Breakfast: 60 g whole grain bread, 30 g cottage cheese and 95 g salted trout - 455 kcal.

And later I ate toffee with tea (30 g) - 125 kcal.

Let me remind you a recipe for pancakes with chocolate filling and a recipe for curd cakes with egg, onion and cabbage:

From a handful of mushrooms that were collected in the morning, they cooked a soup - how fragrant it is.

For lunch, I ate 400 g of soup - it is completely calorie-free.

After such a soup, I will want to eat quickly - this has been tested repeatedly, so I also drank coffee with milk (50 g), syrup (15 g) and ate a sandwich: 20 g of bread, 15 g of butter and 40 g of cheese.

Lunch went out for a total of 465 kcal (including soup, coffee and sandwich).

And I had dinner with the last portion of very lazy cabbage rolls (400 g) with 20 g of whole grain bread - 340 kcal.

And in the evening I got KBZHU nuts (25 g) - 170 kcal.

The result of the day is 1555 kcal. B - 83, F - 79, U - 123. I do not forget to drink my water norm and do at least exercise, although today instead of exercise I had a walk in the woods.
