Do not rush to throw away the old frying pan - it will still come in handy! I'll show you why))
I think that everyone has old pans on which it is simply impossible to cook anything. The coating is worn out, everything burns, and then it is difficult to wash. But it's a pity to throw it away! So they lie in the closet, just taking up space... I also have one like this:
I always use only an old frying pan and never do not use new dishesif i need:
- cook something deep-fried;
- bake pita bread or some other cakes in a dry frying pan (the frying pan gets very hot and burns, and the bottom may darken - I ruined my favorite frying pan with white ceramic coating ...);
- bake something in the oven at 250-270 degrees (I use an old pan instead of a baking dish, unfasten the handle, not every mold can withstand such temperatures);
- cook chicken or fish in the oven with salt;
- make caramel (burnt sugar, like salt, can ruin the coating, so it's best not to risk it)!
But you can also fry meat, fish, pies, and pancakes in an old pan! Nothing will burn, but, on the contrary, will look very appetizing!
I'll show it using chicken fillet as an example. If you just put it in a frying pan with a poor coating, it will "stick" to the pan and burn, and then the dishes will have to be washed for a long time.
But there is one way in which new dishes are not needed, and just a little oil is enough, and the meat (or fish) turns out to be juicy and very tasty!
I cut the chicken fillet lengthwise and beat each piece.
I grease a sheet of parchment with melted butter (or vegetable) oil, sprinkle with your favorite spices and salt. Today I took dried onions, garlic, a mixture of peppers and aromatic herbs.
I spread the prepared chicken fillet on half of the parchment, cover with the second half of the parchment.
Fry in a well-heated pan on both sides (about 5 minutes on each side).
And that's all. Delicious meat is ready! Juicy, tender, aromatic and very tasty! Try it!
You can cook fish in the same way.. You don't even need to wrap the fish in parchment, but just put the paper on the bottom of the pan and fry the fish pieces.
And you can fry pies like that, and pancakes! But in this case, a little more oil is still needed.
I also heat the pan, cover the bottom with parchment, pour in a little oil and fry the pies on both sides until golden brown.
