Express pie made from thin pita bread and minced meat packaging. Very tasty, simple and fast. And most importantly, you don't need to knead the dough. For dinner when the whole family is hungry - just a super recipe. Try it, you will definitely like it)))
Ingredients:
Pita
Ground meat
Cheese
Kefir
Eggs
Onion
Carrot
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Greens
Preparation:
Fry 350-400 gr of any minced meat in a pan with onions and carrots (1 pc each). Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Salt and pepper to taste.
As soon as the minced meat with vegetables is fried, add 200 g of grated cheese and mix. You can add finely chopped greens.
In a bowl, mix 1.5 cups of kefir and 1 egg.
Now grease the baking dish with butter. We take pita bread and cover the bottom and sides of the form with it, lay out the minced meat filling, but not all, but half. You can cover it with two layers of pita bread, just make sure that there are no "holes", we spread everything overlapping.
Then we take another pita bread, tear it into small pieces, dip it into a mixture of kefir and eggs, mash it (crumple it like paper) and put it on top of the minced meat. Then the rest of the filling and again the pita bread.
Lavash can be slightly greased with the remains of kefir and eggs or butter. You can sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
We put in a preheated oven, the temperature is 220-240 degrees. After 15-20 minutes, a delicious pita meat pie is ready. My whole family really likes it, we eat it as a hot dish, my husband even takes boiled potatoes for a side dish. Very tasty!
