Healthy pancakes with pp boiled condensed milk 🥞

Ingredients: 🥞 For pancakes:, Long-cooked oatmeal, I have "Traditional Hercules, Corn flour, Milk 2.5%, Chicken egg c0, Sweetener, 🌼 For boiled condensed milk:, Skimmed milk powder, Cornstarch, Milk 2.5%, Sweetener, I have 4 ml. Prebiosweet

Cooking method:

For condensed milk, dry milk, stirring constantly, fry in a pan until brown. Grind the finished mixture in a coffee grinder to a powdery consistency.

Mix fried, dry milk with 5 g. starch and 100 g. milk. Place over medium heat and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil.

Grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder into flour.

In a bowl, mix 400 g. milk, 2 eggs, 60 g. cornmeal, 80 g ground, oatmeal and sweetener.
