Bramboraki (pancakes in Czech). Turn out incredibly tasty, hearty, delicate, delicious, fragrant and crisp. Preparing pretty easy, try it!
INGREDIENTS
- Potatoes - 500g.
- Bacon (or bacon) - 100 gr.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Aromatic herbs (thyme or oregano) - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Beer - 100ml.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Flour - 3-4st.l.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- COOKING METHOD

To begin, prepare all the bacon or pancetta we shall cut cubes. 1 onion chop the blender, and now we shall rub 500g potatoes on a fine grater and squeeze it slightly. Splitting 1 egg, put the bacon, add aromatic herbs in my ground cumin, ground black pepper, a little salt. All good mix. Starch is separated from the pressed juice, put in the dough. Pour 100 ml of beer mix. Put 3-4st.l. flour, stir the dough is ready. Fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
