Ingredients: dark chocolate, mascarpone, cream, whipped, cold strong (at your discretion) coffee, sugar mixed with coffee, rum or cognac, biscuits (about 400 gr), cocoa powder for sprinkles
Cooking method:
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Let it cool down a bit.
Whip the cream and then add the mascarpone to them, mix.
Combine chocolate and whipped cream with mascarpone, adding a tablespoon at a time and stirring each portion.
Mix coffee and rum in a wide bowl. Dip the biscuits into the mixture for a short time so that only the edges, but not the middle, have time to soak (otherwise it will be disgusting, not joyful).
Put 4 pieces in the length you need on a serving plate. I laid it out as it suits me, but you are at your discretion.
Spread cream on biscuits, put 3 pieces on top with a small distance, which are also smeared with cream, and repeat everything until we decorate the whole cake.
