So let's go! I use fragrant garden pears that are not yet very soft and hold their shape well. They need to be peeled and cored.
In order to soften the pears in the pie and make them even more interesting, I boil them for about 10 minutes in sugar syrup with the addition of cloves. Cloves can be substituted for cinnamon, especially if apples are used instead of pears. You can add more lemon or orange zest.
The pears need to be checked in syrup for about 10 minutes, the main thing is that they do not have time to boil down. While the pears are cooling, you can prepare the dough.
Ingredients (per serving):
2 eggs
125 grams of yogurt or non-fat sour cream
80 grams of sugar
175 grams of flour
20 grams of cocoa
Zest of one orange
7 grams baking powder
A pinch of salt
Next, we send the dough to the baking dish (I cooked a double portion).
Now it remains to place the pears in the dough and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
I always check the readiness of the test with a toothpick. After the cake is ready, I will surely grease it with syrup, in which the pears were cooked, after boiling it a little.
