To do this, cut the cabbage into small pieces and boil until half cooked. You can add salt, bay leaf and a little pepper.

Boiled cabbage must be cooled and minced. Then squeeze out the excess liquid and send it to a container where the dough will be kneaded.

To the cabbage, you need to add the onion, egg, grated cheese, fried until tender, and a little salt and black pepper. Mix everything well.

Now is the time to add flour, I use whole grain, it can be replaced with any other flour, or even semolina.

Then you can do in two ways, mold the cutlets with wet hands and send them to the pan to fry, or how I put the dough in the pan in the culinary ring. Then the medallions will be smooth and neat.

Fry them on each side for a few minutes until golden brown. There are such medallions better hot and with sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage half a small head of cabbage

  • Cheese 50 grams
  • Flour 2-3 tablespoons
  • Salt, pepper to taste
