Cooking healthy raw food green soup (with "good" omega fats and chlorophyll). This soup both nourishes and does not burden!
Ingredients:
1. Avocado - 2 pieces
2. Dill - bunch
3. Linseed oil - 1 tsp (without it)
4. Ground Zira - a pinch
5. Sea salt - to taste
6. Parsley - twig
7. Turmeric - a pinch (without it)
8. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
We washed the avocados and herbs. Cleaned up, removed all unnecessary. The avocado was divided into two parts and the pulp was placed in a blender container, dill, cumin, salt were added... (and other favorite spices)
Topped up with warm water (as close to hot as the blender "tolerates" or then, if desired, heat it up). Whipped everything together for about a minute.
Poured linseed oil (not bitter), mixed with a spoon (do not immediately pour into the machine so that the motor does not start to slip). Decorated our soup with parsley (+ you can sprinkle with turmeric).
