Breakfast - pie with lavash, cottage cheese and pears (250 g) - 365 kcal.
I made it last night and enjoy it for breakfast today. I like this cold cake.
A large slice satiated and only 365 kcal, which means you can make yourself a delicious snack for more than 200 kcal.

As a snack, I made myself an ala sandwich in pita bread (50 g) with ham and cheese (30 g each), 50 g of tomato and lettuce leaves. Wrapped in pita bread and fried in a dry frying pan.
The snack came out on 335 kcal.
For lunch, broth cooked on a chicken thigh (350 g) with boiled noodles (70 g), as well as a slice of bread (20 g).
Lunch turned out to be 315 kcal
And after lunch I ate 150 g of grapes - 100 kcal.
For dinner, a salad, the recipe of which I reminded you above: with tomatoes and smoked breast. I also added lettuce leaves - they do not give a taste, but they give a little more fiber, freshness and bright color.
This time, I had 250 g of salad dressed with 50 g of yogurt came out on 400 kcal.
Result of the day: K - 1515, B - 100, F - 66, U - 130.
It gets colder and does not want to drink water at all. But we persuade ourselves to maintain the water-salt balance.
