I use grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, cucumber, Korean carrots and lettuce as the filling. Sauce: Greek yogurt, garlic, mustard and tomato sauce.

So that all the same fiber in the diet was - just drank a spoonful of fiber and water, but these are temporary measures, while you do not want vegetables and fruits.

The calorie content of the diet per day was 1500 kcal. B - 114, F - 60, U - 151.
