Since on my channel, first of all, I share the experience of losing weight, as well as the menu for the day and recipes for the dishes that are included in my diet, then I will leave a brief reference for those who, like us and our regular readers, want to slim down and maintain weight tasty and satisfying:
I want to share with you a recipe for making champignons - it's elementary to cook and very tasty to eat! It's all about the sauce!

Ingredients:
- 450 g fresh champignons,
- onion - 55 g,
- soy sauce - 20 g
- sour cream 10% - 70 g,
- salt, black pepper, a clove of garlic,
- 5 g of olive oil.
Cooking.
Wash the mushrooms, peel and cut each into 4 parts. If the mushrooms are large, cut into 6 pieces.
Chop the onion into half rings, chop the garlic.
Fry the onion in 5 g of olive oil until golden brown.
Add mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes - mushrooms should give juice.
Salt and pepper, fill with soy sauce and let some of the liquid evaporate - simmer for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to below medium and add sour cream. Simmer until tender - 10 minutes.
Add the garlic at the very end and stir.
Everything is ready - we enjoy delicious aromatic mushrooms in sour cream sauce.
