Here is the territory of tasty and satisfying weight loss. Yes, this is possible!

There is no need to starve, feed yourself with grass and do your best not to break off the next newfangled diet, dreaming of a piece of delicious cupcake.

I embarked on my path of delicious and satisfying weight loss in May 2018 and to date I have got rid of 58 extra pounds.

Let me remind you that I lose weight from a weight of 132 kg (with a height of 172 cm), which I gained for the most part in a vicious circle of constant diets and hunger strikes.

But the moment came when I realized that if I want to stay healthy, I need to change my attitude to food, change my lifestyle.

And I am grateful to myself for not looking for another diet that will help me get rid of all those extra pounds in a couple of weeks. And I studied all the information and came to the only right choice for myself - proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.

And now for a year and 9 months I have been adhering to my new lifestyle and achieved those results that I had never dreamed of. A little more and I'll be happy with myself.

I managed! And I really want it to work with you!

The good thing about a calorie deficit is that only 15% of your calorie intake makes it possible get rid of extra pounds without harming your health, without starving and allowing yourself various goodies.

I haven't had a single breakdown all the time.

Knows why? Because I can afford a boot day - count no calories and eat whatever I want (naturally in moderation, and not stock up on your favorite sweets for the rest of your life in one time).

So this Saturday I decided to pamper myself, take a little break from everything and relax.

Some of you ask to show your loading day (I do not do this very often, because if you have a rest, then you have a rest from everything, including the blog).

But apparently it's time to once again confirm the words that losing weight can be delicious).

The morning began as usual - with sandwiches on whole wheat bread and turkey pastrom. In principle, I will not count calories, even after the fact. You know how to do it so well and even some people try to do it for me.

For sandwiches - green tea.

And then we had plans to go on business, then stop by the grocery store and relax at home in the afternoon.

At the beginning of the week, we planned to blow off the dust from our family's once beloved game "Monopoly" and devote the afternoon to it.

For dinner, I baked suluguni in pita bread and made a sauce for it (I dreamed of filling up on this delicious treat all week). And everything in the photo below is mine! And I didn't burst) True, to be honest, it was hard for me in the evening, I overeat)))

True, I ate all this not at one time, but throughout the lunch and until the evening (by the way, there are about 140 kcal in one thing).

Moreover, I stole a few pieces of fried dumplings from my husband (fried dumplings with an amber drink - it was my husband's dream from the beginning of the week, like my suluguni).

In addition, I had a couple of jars of amber drink and some salted red fish to it. This is to the questions of whether I have alcohol in my diet and how can I be on holidays and just when sometimes I just want to and my soul needs to relax.

I try to combine all the needs of the soul on boot days).

In the evening I was able to drink only green tea and eat 6 pieces of dates - I didn't want anything else.

After such a day of rest and relaxation, my soul is calm, satisfied and does not ask for anything more. You can continue to maintain a calorie deficit.

The only thing I want to say - when you also relax and drink a certain amount of strong drinks - do not forget to drink regular drinking water. Although I understand, sometimes it is not up to her. But still. I even ask for a huge mug of water when I am a guest at the table, and I constantly drink from it. Hot drinks dehydrate and the next day you may experience swelling. And some water will help eliminate dehydration.
