Isn't everyone frozen yet? Autumn does not spoil us with warm days.

When it's cold, for some reason I want to eat more. How do you avoid overeating?

I try to drink hot green tea, cook soups in cold weather - they warm well.

And when there is a result, counting calories is sobering. When there are numbers in front of your eyes - how many have already been eaten in a day and how many free calories are left - looking back, seeing your photos "before" you understand that you don't want to go back at all. And accordingly, you try to keep your diet within the established framework of KBZHU.

Calorie counting doesn't just help you lose weight. It is an excellent aid in weight maintenance and nutritional control.

Since weight loss on counting calories is a long process (exactly the correct weight loss, at a minimum deficiency that is not harmful to health), then you just need to take a break and let the body understand that it was not forever put in the framework of an energy (calorie) deficit.

Otherwise, our body, which is able to quickly adapt to different conditions, will simply get used to the deficit that you have set for it.

And then you will come to the conclusion that in the presence of a deficiency, excess weight will practically cease to go away.

Do we need it? No! And we also do not want to break loose and start eating as if not to ourselves, because we limit ourselves to some foods (harmful, and very high in calories). We don’t want to break loose?

For me, loading day is the day when I allow myself to eat whatever I want (within reason) and do not count calories. Such days happen 2 times a month. And cheat mil can be arranged for yourself once a week - this is one meal in which you can afford your favorite tasty treat without looking back at its KBZHU.

Many of you have told me that being afraid of downloads and cheat mil. Afraid that the weight will go up. This all stuck in us deeply, as well as the imposed opinion that you need to close your mouth in order to lose weight.

To lose weight, you need to eat, controlling your diet, observing a small calorie deficit and balance of BJU. And then you will not only lose weight, but also keep your health, which is actually the most important thing.

But I see that you already understand from your own experience that the buildup of the body with loading and cheating cute only helps to lose weight and you are surprised to find that the weight goes down better after loading. Yes, it happens that after loading or cheat meal on the scales plus. But this is always fluid retention in the body due to a sharp change in diet, possibly a large amount of salty foods or carbohydrates. And it's not scary - the drinking regimen will come to the rescue.

So I had a boot day on Saturday.

Even in the morning I realized that I would have to be distracted, something to pamper myself with and gain calories per day I usually eat more. Oh, how it is necessary for me to swing the body after such a long calorie deficit.

But in the morning I could not decide what exactly I want from food today. And I didn't even want to think about food. But how not to think about her when you need to feed your family, and the stomach makes itself felt.

My morning reminded me of the morning after the New YearπŸ˜‚. When there is a lot of food left, especially salads and housewives put everything on the table in the morning so that the prepared food does not go to waste.

So I saw that there was still a portion of crab salad and realized that I wanted to eat it for breakfast so that it wouldn't go to waste.

Breakfast - 250 g of crab salad seasoned with yogurt (50 g) and a little later I drank green tea and ate 90 g of a casserole with cottage cheese and cherries.

And breakfast went out for 410 kcal.

For a long time we did not go shopping in the supermarket, everything somehow managed by joint purchases. But there was a need to visit a supermarket.

It seems to me that the prices of goods are growing by leaps and bounds. At the checkout I realized that I hadn’t bought anything special, but laid out 4 thousand rubles. And at the same time, almost everything was bought for a share. If I had purchased the same goods during the period when there was no stock on them, I would have given about 5.5 thousand rubles.

Some household goods and all sorts of harmful things were taken out of the store. They wanted my cherry pie-braid and chebupels, so I decided that I would join them, since today I have a day off from counting.

They say that losing weight is expensive. Really? If we compare, for example, the cost of a cake that we bought and calculate how much money I will spend on food to bake any of my PP cake - yes, I will save almost 2 times!

Once again I am convinced that those who have not tried to calculate how much money is spent on a regular diet with sausage talk about expensive weight loss, semi-finished products, pies, sweets, cookies, soda, juices and other food waste and how much will be spent on a regular diet, balanced by KBZHU.

Arriving home, we decided to warm ourselves with tea and try a pie. Delicious, it's over.

My daily routine was out of order due to a trip to the store and a pie with tea. Such high-calorie foods are already heavy for me and I did not want to have lunch for a long time after drinking tea.

Closer to 15 o'clock we had lunch - I warmed up all chebupels and made a sauce with sour cream and garlic. Again, the photo is not just my portion.

It's cold outside and we spend time at home today, eating harmful things and watching a movie.
By the way, I would like to recommend you our series "The Survival Game". Surprisingly good, exciting series was filmed in the thriller genre. But I immediately warn you that the series is not for the faint of heart, and children should not watch this.
We looked at it in one breath - it was very interesting.
Instead of supper that day, I had coffee with a little milk and some cheese.

I will tell you that I have lost the habit of such food. It was hard for me both after the pie and after the chebupels.

When you look at these products, you want to eat them, they seem to be fragrant and tasty. But then I ate and realized that it would be better not to eat.
