Potatoes in the Royal: surprise this delicious dish yourself and loved ones!

Favorite potatoes! But a new, original recipe. Suitable for a simple dinner or as a side dish on the holiday table. They're too good, that potatoes!

Ingredients:

1-1.5 kg of potatoes
0.5 cups sour cream or cream
100 gr. hard cheese
100 gr. butter
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. l. mixtures of herbs (olive, Mediterranean, etc.)
1 h. l. dry parsley or basil
salt
pepper
a pinch of nutmeg

Preparation:

1. Garlic clean, crush with the back of a knife and chop finely.

2. Butter to put in a bowl, warmed to.

3. Cheese grate. You can use any cheese or processed cheese that melts well in the oven.

4. Stir a mixture of herbs, nutmeg and parsley or basil dry.

5. Potato peel and cut into slices. It is important not to make too thick or thin slices. They should not be more than 5 mm but not less than 3 mm.

6. Combine in a bowl with oil mixed seasonings, add sour cream, salt and pepper and stir well.

7. Potato slices in a baking dish greased with oil.

8. On top of the potatoes lay mixture of sour cream and butter and spices.
9. Sprinkle potatoes with grated cheese.

10. Preheat oven to 220 degrees.

11. Bake potatoes for 45-60 minutes royally until cooked potatoes.

Serve hot as the main or a side dish to meat.

Cooking Tips:
