A very simple and quick recipe for cheesecakes for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 pack of cottage cheese (200 gr.)
1 hour l. Sahara
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp. l. flour + flour for breading
vegetable oil for frying
water
How to cook:
1. Beat the egg with sugar. Then grind the mixture with cottage cheese and salt. You need to do this with a fork.
2. Add flour, mix. You do not need to knead with your hands, since it is better to leave pieces of cottage cheese in the cheese pancakes for juicy pancakes, which will melt, turning into almost cheese.
3. Pour warm water into a bowl. Moistening your palms in water, take the curd mass in a handful and sculpt round curd cakes from it.
4. Dip the cheese cakes in flour and immediately put in the heated vegetable oil in a frying pan.
5. Fry syrniki for 5 minutes on each side over low heat. It is possible under the lid. At the end of frying, turn over and brown again, if it does not work out right away.
Serve with sour cream, condensed milk or honey. But sour cream tastes better.
