Tomato appetizer is perfect for absolutely any dish. So, for example, it can be served with kebabs, meat or fish, and it is also good in addition to any side dish - porridge or potatoes.
Cooking is quite simple and quick, tomatoes are pickled for about a couple of hours, and after that the appetizer can be immediately served to guests. The taste of tomatoes is incomparable, no one will remain indifferent, therefore, feel free to cook them in large quantities.
If you like hot snacks, with a twinkle, you can add chili peppers. Well, I suggest you move from words to deeds as soon as possible!
Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 600-700 g
Sweet peppers - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 1 head
Fresh dill - 15 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 80 ml
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Vinegar - 1.5 tablespoons
Process description:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list.
2. Choose dense and fleshy tomatoes, the "cream" variety is perfect for a recipe. They need to be washed and dried, cut into slices, remove the place of growth of the stalk.
3. Prepare aromatic dill - wash and dry, chop arbitrarily. Peel the sweet pepper from seeds and remove all partitions, then cut it into small pieces. Peel a small head of garlic, or use some chili peppers.
4. Grind the bell peppers, garlic and herbs in a blender bowl. In addition to dill, you can also use parsley, cilantro and other favorite herbs. Transfer the pepper mixture to a deep plate.
5. Add vegetable oil and vinegar, add salt, granulated sugar and ground pepper. Mix everything well and take a sample.
6. Prepare a container or any jar - put part of the tomatoes and part of the dressing, then continue filling the container in the same order. Close and place upside down, preferably in the refrigerator, and leave alone for two hours.
7. Shake the jar from time to time, and after a few hours the tomatoes can be served.
