✨Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscriptions!

✅👌To bake a delicious cake, you do not need to have milk, kefir or butter in the refrigerator. This recipe uses mineral water as a liquid base - a simple and affordable product.

No milk, no kefir and no butter: I cook a delicious pie on ordinary carbonated mineral water

✨For the filling, I use regular cocoa powder, but it can be replaced with any berries, dried fruits, fruits or jam. Try it out! 🥰

📕 For cooking you will need (for a form 18-20 cm): 🥙

Wheat flour - 200-220 g
Sugar - 120 g
Mineral highly carbonated water - 130 ml
Odorless vegetable oil - 130 ml
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs. (small)
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Cocoa powder - 1.5 tbsp. l.

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

In a container convenient for beating with a mixer, drive in all the eggs at once and pour out all the granulated sugar. You can also add a packet of vanilla sugar or a pinch of vanillin if desired.

Beat everything with a mixer until a lush, thick foam is formed.

Next, pour in carbonated mineral water, vegetable oil, pour in baking powder. Instead of mineral water, you can use table soda. The main thing is that it is highly carbonated, thanks to this the dough will turn out to be as airy as possible.

Sift the flour and add it in parts into the dough. Pour in a little - beat, then another portion - work with a mixer. In this way we add all the flour. The finished dough will turn out to be finely porous, light, slightly oily, homogeneous and shiny.

Prepare the mold: grease it with a little oil, sprinkle it with a thin layer of flour, semolina or unsalted bread crumbs. If you have a silicone mold, you can skip this step - the finished cake will come off easily. We visually divide the whole amount of dough into 3 parts. Pour 1 part into the mold.

Divide the cocoa powder in half and sprinkle the dough evenly through a strainer with 1 half. I had cocoa with powdered sugar, but you can also take the usual one.

Distribute another third of the dough on top, sprinkle with cocoa and fill with the rest of the dough.

We put the cake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees (top-bottom mode) and bake for 40-45 minutes, until a dry toothpick is used.

After baking, the cake rises well, becomes soft and fluffy. We take it out of the mold and let it cool a little on a wire rack. Then we cut and serve with tea. How fragrant it turns out! We eat 3/4 of the pie at once in 1 sitting.
