If you do not have a pumpkin of the appropriate size and shape, then the pumpkin can simply be cut into slices. And then mix with chopped fruits and bake in the sleeve as well.

Ingredients:

  • pumpkin - 1/2 pc.
  • apples - 2 pcs.
  • orange - 1 pc.
  • raisins - 100 g
  • sugar - to taste
  • butter - 20 g

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the fruit.
Wash 100 g of raisins and pour boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

2. Cut two sweet and sour apples into 4 parts and peel them from the core. Cut the apples into medium pieces.

3. Cut off the peel from one orange with a white film so that it does not taste bitter in the dessert. Cut the peeled orange in half and cut into semicircles about 1 cm thick.

4. We take half of the medium-sized pumpkin, already washed and peeled from seeds. First, put a small part of the apples in it, then a part of the prepared orange and sprinkle with raisins. So, alternating fruits, fill the pumpkin to the very end.

5. Sprinkle the fruit with half a tablespoon of sugar on top. If desired, you can add more sugar or cook without it at all. Also put a few pieces of butter on top.
Put the prepared pumpkin with fruit in the baking sleeve and tie it on all sides.

6. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. and bake for 1 hour.

7. Everything is baked, take out the pumpkin with fruit from the oven and carefully cut the sleeve.

The pumpkin becomes very soft and fragrant, juices from an orange and an apple were poured onto it during baking. And due to this, it became not sugary-sweet, but fragrant and very tasty.
This Pumpkin with Fruit is very tasty both warm and cold.
If there are pumpkins of a suitable shape and size, then you can simply cut the pumpkin and fruit into pieces and bake them in the same way in the sleeve.
