A great option for a meat dish in the oven for every day. Also, such a dish will look good on a festive table.
Meat with vegetables, baked under a cheese coat, turns out to be juicy, tasty and aromatic. It is great for filling and perfect for a family lunch or dinner.

Such a dinner is completely simple to prepare and does not take much time. It goes well with potatoes or rice. But you can do without a side dish. In this recipe, I used turkey fillet, but chicken fillet is also good here. Also, such meat with vegetables in the oven is suitable for proper nutrition.
Be sure to try this version of a light dinner with meat and vegetables, it's very tasty and simple!

Ingredients:

  • turkey fillet - 500 g
  • small zucchini - 1 pc.
  • onions - 2-3 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
  • sour cream - 200 g
  • cheese - 150 g
  • mustard grains - 1 tbsp. l.
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • salt to taste

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.


Cut one small zucchini into slices about half a centimeter thick.
Cut two medium-sized onions into rings.

2. Cut two or three tomatoes into slices too.
We take about 500 g of turkey fillet and cut into portions across the fibers.

3. We beat each piece of meat with a hammer.
You can use chicken fillet instead of turkey. If you don't have enough time, then you don't have to beat the meat.
Lay out the fillet pieces on the board.
Salt all fillets to taste and pepper with black pepper.

4. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with vegetable oil.
Put the prepared meat into the mold. Put slices of zucchini on the meat.

On top, on the zucchini, lay out the tomato slices. Put prepared onions on the tomatoes.

5. Cooking a cheese coat for meat.
150 g of cheese three on a coarse grater. Transfer the grated cheese to a bowl. Pour 200 g of sour cream of any fat content here, put 1 tbsp. l. mustard seeds or 1 tsp. ordinary mustard. Squeeze 2-3 cloves of garlic through a press. Salt the dressing a little. We mix everything.

6. Put the prepared cheese dressing on top of the vegetables. Spread it evenly with a spoon.

7. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake in the top + bottom mode for about 40-45 minutes.
The dish is ready, we serve it hot.

Dinner with meat and vegetables is easy to prepare. The meat is tender, juicy and aromatic. This dish is also perfect for lunch.
